Buying a luxury watch should feel exciting, not risky. Every watch we sell is personally inspected and authenticated before it is listed, and every watch is backed by our one-year warranty.
How we authenticate

01Serial and reference check
We confirm the serial and reference numbers match the model, and match the box and papers when they're included.

02Originality inspection
Dial, hands, bezel, crown, case and bracelet are examined to confirm they are genuine and correct for the model.

03Movement and timekeeping
We check that the movement is running properly and keeping time before the watch is listed.

04Honest condition report
Every listing states the condition, what's included, and any wear or flaws, so there are no surprises when it arrives.
Our warranty
1-Year Warranty
On every watch we sell
If your watch or jewelry develops a defect within one year of delivery, contact us. If our inspection finds the defect was our error, we'll take the piece back and refund you in full.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by the wearer, including:
- Accidental damage, drops or impacts
- Water damage from misuse
- Normal wear such as scratches on the case or bracelet
- Service, repairs or modifications by anyone other than us
