At Dev's Watches, we want you to shop with confidence. Because our timepieces and fine jewelry are high-value items, please review this policy before making a purchase.
Return window
You may return an unworn item within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, protective stickers, boxes, certificates, and documentation included.
Engraved, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing components will not be accepted for return.
How to start a return
Contact us at dave@azmadeez.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please do not ship your item back before receiving authorization and return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping method, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the replacement and return the original item for a refund under this policy.
